Heather Broome

Heather has successfully completed over 70 executive search assignments in the advanced technology industry, including CEO, Board of Director, and executive level assignments in engineering, IT, sales, marketing, finance, human resources and general management.

Heather's experience list includes public and private, mature and early stage technology companies. Select assignments include executive searches for Pixar, NEC, Mercury Interactive, Adobe, Info USA, Internap Network Services, Inktomi, Cadence Design, and Symbol Technologies.

Previously, Heather spent over four years with Korn/Ferry International as a senior associate. She began her Korn/Ferry career in a research capacity and quickly advanced to the senior associate role as a consistent top performer. She earned a reputation of performing high quality, efficient, and thorough executive search assignments.

Heather was awarded a Bachelor of Arts degree in Environmental Sciences from the University of California, Berkeley. She is a member of the Board of Directors of the Big C Society, the University of California, Berkeley student-athlete alumni organization.
